Microsoft has announced that it is ending support for the 10-year-old Windows XP and Office 2003.
This means that by April 8 next year, there will be no new security updates, non-security hotfixes, and free or paid support. Also, there will be no new, upgraded nor updated applications for Windows XP. Your business’ computer network will be vulnerable to security risks, which may compromise your valuable business data.
If your business is still using these products, then it is time to seriously consider migrating to the more modern Windows OS and MS Office products. If you are in Chicago or anywhere in Illinois, you may contact us for your migration plans. We can help you check if your existing computer hardware pass the requirements for Windows 7 or 8, create recommendations for upgrades if needed, and plan for its deployment to your environment.
